We pre-authorise all credit cards upon arrival. This process validates the presented credit card, and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 3-days. The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds and / or spending limit. Our pre-authorisation amount is $50.
Once a pre-authorisation has been made, we cannot release, remove or lower the authorised amount. This is a restriction placed on us by the bank and cannot be negotiated.
Without the above mentioned credit card pre-auth, we can accept a cash security bond at time of check-in. This is at our Manager's' discretion and can be anywhere from $100 to $500 depending on the length of stay
* Not all cosy rooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning
* AAA Tourism Star Rating scheme have given 3 and a half stars to all our cosy rooms. All our other room types, have been rated as 4 stars.
